Blue Giant Model Mantis Series Hydraulic Leveler  

Box Beam Construction. 25,000lbs to 40,000lbs Rated Capacity.  Efficient and easy to use. Unlike mechanical dock levelers, there’s no bending and pulling required to operate. Activation and positioning is achieved with constant-pressure push button controls. A single push-button control operates both the deck and lip. The controls are conveniently located on one remote wall-mounted station. The leveler is powered by a self-contained, maintenance-free power pack.

FEATURES:

• Narrow frame makes pit cleaning easier.
• Deck support features high tensile steel channels that are welded to the underside of the deck at dynamic impact points to prevent “dishing” and provide long-term structural integrity.
• Fixed rear hinge remains flush with the floor to eliminate pinch points and cross-traffic obstructions. Full-width pin along with four vertical frame supports absorb cross-traffic impact.
• 2-inch rear angle accommodates easy installation into non-square pits.
• Remote control is wall mounted and watertight to NEMA standards. Shielded push buttons control dock operation and reset.
• Velocity fuse fall safe limits platform free fall to less than three inches.
• Toe guards provide protection over the full operating range of the platform (optional for mechanical docks).
• Hydraulic power system features a 1HP motor equipped with overload protection. UL/CSA approved. Maintenance stand is V-grooved and supports both the deck and lip for safe under deck inspections and maintenance.
